This Study Aims To Analyze The Effect Of Labor And Capital On The Production Performance Of The Alumunium Craft Industry In The Penukal Aba Regency Lematang Ilir, Sounth Sumatra. The Data Used In This Study Are Primary And Secondary Data Obtained From A Sample Of 48 Respondents In Pali Regency, For I Week, The Central Bureau Of Statistics. The Analysis Technique Used Is Multiple Logistic Regression With A Logarithmic Model. The Results Of The Study Show That The Confidence Level Of 10 Percent Of The Capital Variable Has A Positive Effect With A Coefficient Of 0.273312 And Is Significant To The Total Production Of The Alumunium Craft Industry In Pali Regency, The Labor Variable Has A Positive Effect With A Coefficient Of 0.646302 And Is Significant To The Total Production In The Industry Alumunium Craft In Pali District
