ANALISIS KINERJA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL DALAM MEMBERIKAN PELAYANAN PADA PEMBUATAN AKTA KEMATIAN DI OKU TIMUR

This study aims to determine the performance of the population and civil registration services in providing services for making death certificates in East OKU. Informants in this study were 2 employees of the population and civil registry office and 6 people who had already taken care of death certificates, a total of 8 people obtained using purposive sampling technique with the consideration of people who had directly taken care of death certificates for their family members. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observation. Test the validity of the qualitative data, namely through the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study can be concluded that the performance of the population and civil registration services in providing services for making death certificates in East OKU has not been carried out optimally.
