ANALISIS SEBARAN KLOROFIL-A MENGGUNAKAN CITRA LANDSAT 8 DI PERAIRAN PULAU TANGKIL, KABUPATEN PESAWARAN, PROVINSI LAMPUNG
The spread of phytoplankton in waters cannot be separated from the content of chlorophyll-a. The concentration of chlorophyll-a in phytoplankton is closely related to the physical and chemical parameters of the waters which have a major role in the distribution of plankton in certain seasons, as well as knowing the characteristics of the diversity of biota that live in a waters. Chlorophyll-a can be detected using satellites that utilize electromagnetic waves as the media of energy. Image data analysis uses 3 algorithms, namely the Pentury algorithm (1997), the Wibowo et al.algorithm (1994) and the Adhka algorithm (1994). This study aims to analyze the distribution of chlorophyll-a using Landsat 8 images. Chlorophyll-a analysis was carried out using the spectrophotometer method and processing Landsat 8 image data. The results of this study showed the distribution of chlorophyll-a ranged from 0.8 to 2.1 mg/L. . Analysis of Landsat 8 image data using the algorithm of Wibowo et al. (1994) in 2018-2020 ranged from 1-2,1 mg/L.
