Background: The critical value in the product receiving health Services in line with people's understanding of health. Medical and Paramedical required to always be able to provide quality Services, quality, and satisfying the patients. Inpatient care at an indicator of a hospital’s image. One type of inpatient hospitalization is the installation of the third class of Obstetrics Gynecology department. This research needs to be done to know the level of patient satisfaction with the Services provided by medical and paramedical for repairs and improving the quality of health care. Objective: The objective of this study aims to determine the obstetric patient satisfaction with the Services of medical and paramedical Inpatient Class III Department of Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang based on five dimensions of quality that there is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Methods: This research is a descriptive observational study with a qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews and observational servqual use guidelines. Results: From the results of a study of 26 patients found that the data rate of patient satisfaction with medical and paramedical Services in Inpatient Obstetrics Class III Department of Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang was 51.52% expressed great satisfaction and was 48.48% expressed satisfaction. This can be seen from several points standards are met by Standard hospital medical Services. Statement of patient satisfaction is directly proportional to the fact the field that describes good quality health Services. Conclusion; Patients in Inpatient Obstetrics Obstetrics Class III stated very satisfied and satisfied with the medical and paramedical Services in the Department of Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.
