PENGARUH PENDAPATAN PETANI KELAPA SAWIT TERHADAP TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAAN PETANI DI KUD MITRA TANI DESA MEKAR JADI KECAMATAN SUNGAI LILIN KABUPATEN MUSI BANYUASIN

The purposes of this study are: 1) To analyze how much income the palm oil farmers earn in KUD Mitra Tani, Mekar Jadi Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, 2) To analyze how big the level of farmer welfare is in KUD Mitra Tani Mekar Jadi Village, Sungai Lilin Distric, Musi Banyuasin Regency, 3) To analyze the effect of changes in the income of palm oil farmers on the level of welfare of farmers in KUD Mitra Tani Mekar Jadi Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Mekar Mekar Jadi Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This location selection was done purposively. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. The number of samples taken was 30 out of 97 palm oil farmers who are members of the Mitra Tani KUD. The data collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results show that the income earned by palm oil farmers who are members of the Mitra Tani KUD during the period July to December 2021 is Rp5.740.856/lg/month. The level of welfare of farmers in Mekar Jadi Village, based on the 2020 SUSENAS Central Statistics Agency, it is known that 77% of farmers are classified as prosperous and 23% of farmers are quite prosperous. Obtained by Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0,013 < 0,05 which means reject Ho which means that there is an effect of changes in income on the welfare level of oil palm farmers. The more decent the income, the more prosperous the life of the farmers’s family will be and vice versa.
