P, R Muhammad Rabbani - Personal Name;

In this digital era, humans, in general, have a new lifestyle that cannot be separated from all electronic devices. The birth of various kinds of increasingly advanced digital technologies has emerged, one of which is the concept of e- government. The implementation of E-Government in Indonesia has become increasingly widespread since The Issuance of Presidential Instruction (Inpres) No. 3 of 2003 which requires all government agencies to implement e- government. E-Government is an effort to develop electronic-based governance. In building the system, applying the G2C model and the methodology used is RUP. The Relational Unified Process (RUP) is an iterative software approach, focuses on architecture (architecture-centric), and is more directed based on use cases (use case driven). The results obtained from the system created is an android-based application using the RUP system development method. This system will provide information about backlog data, uninhabitable houses data, habitable houses data, and developer data. So that this information will be useful for the Department of Housing and Settlements of South Sumatra Province or users.
