The formulation of the problem in this study is based on how management of youth management training conducted by the Youth Service and Sport of the province of South Sumatera. The goals of this study is to understand the process of management of youth entrepreneurship training in achieving the economic goals of underqualified families to reduce the number of productive youth unemployment in South Sumatera. The study was analyzed using the theory of management functions based on the George R. Terry model of 4 (four) aspects of planning, organization, actuating and controlling. The research approach used is qualitative using descriptive methods. The collection technique used was interviews, observation and documentation. This study suggests that in management of youth entrepreneurship training, the most advance but surveillance aspects have not been implemented. As for the suggestion given is increasing the frequency of activities of surveillance functions and creating post-training standards of controlling
