This study aims to determine how the influence of the physical work environment on employee morale at SMA Negeri I Pemulutan Selatan. The population in this study amounted to 33 people. The sampling method used in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at SMA Negeri I Pemulutan Selatan. Keywords: Physical Work Environment.
