This research aims to determine the influence of projected corporate governancewith variables such as board of directors size, board of commissioners size, andaudit committee size on company performance, with liquidity ratios as interveningvariables in property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (IDX) for the period 2018 to 2022. This study is a quantitative researchwith a population of companies listed on the IDX. The sample for this research isdetermined using purposive sampling method with criteria specified by theresearcher, resulting in 10 companies as samples out of 83 companies during theobservation period from 2018 to 2022. The type of data used is panel data. Themethod used to analyze the data is panel data regression analysis. The results showthat partially, the variable of board of commissioners size has a positive andsignificant influence on company performance, while the variables of board ofdirectors size and audit committee size do not affect company performance. Also,the sizes of the board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee donot affect liquidity ratios. Based on path analysis and Sobel test, it is indicated thatliquidity ratios cannot mediate the influence of corporate governance on companyperformance.
