PENGARUH VARIABEL MAKRO EKONOMI DAN KARAKTERISTIK PASAR MODAL SYARIAH TERHADAP INDEKS SAHAM SYARIAH INDONESIA (ISSI).

The development of the Islamic capital market in Islamic stocks, especially the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) has progressed rapidly since its inception in 2011. With Indonesia being the largest Muslim country in the world, it has the potential to develop the Islamic finance industry. This study aims to see the effect of macroeconomic variables and Islamic capital market indicators on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. This study uses time series data from January 2015 – December 2022. The analysis technique used is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results showed that in the long run the inflation and trading volume variables had a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia stock index. Meanwhile, the BI rate has a negative and significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index. While the results in the short term stock trading volume has a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian Sharia stock index. While the inflation and BI rate variables have no effect on the Indonesian Sharia stock index. Keywords: ISSI, Inflation, BI rate, stock trading volume.
