Nowadays, it cannot be denied that dissemination of information has become completely digital as a result of rapid development of information technology, for example Public Service Innovation Information System Website Rumah Inovasi Kesehatan at Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. However, in its implementation the system is not optimal and has several obstacles for users, in terms of designs, features, and delivery of information, so improvements are needed in interface design. The strategy used is User Centered Design (UCD) which aims to assist researchers in designing a system that meets user needs and ensures that research runs according to target. As a result, designing with UCD is proven to facilitate user needs and increase system usability. By using System Usability Scale (SUS) approach, an average score of 87,625 was obtained, which states that Public Service Innovation Website is grade A, Excellent in Adjective, Acceptable, and Promoter in Net Promoter Score.
