PENERAPAN METODE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION INDEX (CSI) UNTUK MENGETAHUI TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI STEAM MOBILE

This research seeks to assess user satisfaction standards related to the services of quality offered by the Steam mobile application. Steam mobile is an application developed by Valve Corporation which was launched in 2012, the company behind the popular digital distribution platform for video games, Steam. This application is crafted to enable users to allow users to access various Steam features through their mobile devices. Some of the issues that the application may face are slow performance, bugs or technical issues, overly complex interface, security issues with the application, and so on. The participants involved in this resarch comprised 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires. The dimension used is SERVQUAL which consists of 5 category that is Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. To measure the level of satisfaction of Steam mobile application users, an assessment was conducted using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. The evaluation results show that the CSI achieved is 80.04% in the scale range of 66% to 80.99%. It can be satisfaction can be concluded level falls within the "satisfied" category.
