HUBUNGAN KONSEP DIRI DENGAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA DI MAN 1 OGAN ILIR

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and the discipline of grade XI students at MAN 1 Ogan Ilir. This research is a quantitative research with a correlation method, the population in this study amounted to 252 students. Sampling using simple random sampling with a sample of 155 respondents. Data collection using self-concept and discipline questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is pearson product moment. The results of the data analysis showed that the level of students' self-concept was in the medium category with a percentage of 45% (69 students). Then for the level of discipline with a percentage of 41% (64 students) in the medium category. Then the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.355 and sig (2-tailed) 0.000< 0.05 which means that there is a significant positive relationship between self-concept and student discipline in MAN 1 Ogan Ilir. So it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and student discipline in MAN 1 Ogan Ilir. Keyword : Discipline, Self Concept,
