DINAMIKA PRODUKSI BERAS NEGARA PENGHASIL UTAMA DI ASEAN: DAMPAK RISIKO BENCANA DAN FAKTOR AGRIKULTUR

This study aims to determine the effect of disaster risk index, rice harvest area, and total population on rice production of major producing countries in ASEAN in 2013-2022. This study uses secondary data and data sources obtained from FAO, World Risk Index, and World Bank. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The scope of the study includes 5 ASEAN countries, namely Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar and the Philippines. The results show that the disaster risk index, rice harvested land area, and total population affect the rice production of major producing countries in ASEAN. Partially, the disaster risk index has a negative relationship and significant effect on rice production. Meanwhile, rice harvesting area and total population have a positive relationship and significant effect on rice production. Keywords.
