ENGARUH PENEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMP NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA SELATAN.

This research aims to determine the influence of job placement on teacher performance at State Junior High School 1 in Indralaya Selatan. The population in this study consists of teachers at State Junior High School 1 in Indralaya Selatan, totaling 30 respondents. The sample in this study uses a census technique, where the sample size is equal to the population size. The data collection method used in this research is through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique employed is simple regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, it is concluded that job placement has a positive and significant partial effect on teacher performance.
