PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO PEMBELAJARAN MEKANIKA TEKNIK BERBASIS CASE METHOD DI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN

This research is motivated by the lack of a case method-based learning model that is applied with lecture and group discussion methods, as well as the lack of learning media that supports the material of moments of force, moments of inertia, and energy in engineering mechanics courses. This study aims to develop a valid and practical case method-based engineering mechanics learning video. The research method used is research and development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). The results showed that the learning video developed was rated 4.6 with a very valid category by material experts and 4.41 with a very valid category by media experts, and very practical based on student trials. The conclusion of this research is that the case method-based engineering mechanics learning video developed is valid and practical for use in learning Keywords: Research and Development, 4D Development Model, Learning Video, Case method learning model, Engineering Mechanics.
