This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy and extracurricular activities on work readiness. This study uses a type of quantitative research through the IBM SPSS Statistics 16 and SmartPLS 4 applications. The research population in this study were mechanical engineering vocational students in Palembang City. The research sample selection technique is using simple random sampling with a total of 296 samples. Data processing techniques using descriptive analysis and SEM PLS test. The path coefficient test results show that the effect of Self-Efficacy on Job Readiness is (0.450) showing a significant effect. The path coefficient test results show that the effect of Extracurricular Activities on Job Readiness is (0.418), indicating a significant effect.
