ANALISIS KOORDINASI SISTEM PROTEKSI OVERCURRENT RELAY DAN RECLOSER PADA PENYULANG DISTRIBUSI 20KV MENGGUNAKAN METODE FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS (FMEA)

Kamila, Irtiza Syifa - Personal Name;

The 20 kV distribution system at the Keramasan Substation, especially at the Bali feeder, often experiences short circuit disturbances due to external factors, which can cause blackouts and reduce the reliability of the feeder. Therefore, the author discusses the coordination of the overcurrent relay (OCR) and recloser on the Bali feeder connected to the 70/20 kV Transformer II of the Keramasan Substation using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to analyze the reliability of the feeder. After mathematical calculations, the three-phase short circuit value was obtained as 2976.0323 A, the two-phase short circuit was 2578.6987 A and the single-phase short circuit current was 1564.1639 A. On the incoming side of the Overcurrent relay, the working time was 0.69866 seconds, on the outgoing side it was 0.299 seconds, the working time on the highset recloser was 0.153 and the lowset was 0.1227. The use of FMEA method to identify potential failures obtained the results of the reliability analysis of the Bali feeder with a SAIFI reliability index of 1.64395, SAIDI of 1.677574297 and CAIDI of 1.020453. When compared with SPLN, the value of the Bali feeder reliability index is included in the unreliable category.
