PT Pamapersada Nusantara is a contractor company operating in the mining industry which partners with one of the Indonesian mining companies and as the land owner, namely PT Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk. This research was conducted in the MTBU (Muara Tiga Besar Utara) pit with an area of 663.93 Ha. PT Pamapersada Nusantara carries out mining activities using the open pit mining method. The research will be carried out by calculating the circulation time of loading and transport digging equipment, then calculations are carried out to obtain production results. To monitor mining activities, PT Pamapersada Nusantara uses EWACS PRO (Early Warning And Control System PRO) and CCTV. Using EWACS PRO can speed up the provision of information through messages that are directly received by the operator on the unit and through EWACS PRO it also makes data recording easier, making it easier to control operations and carry out evaluations and with the presence of Mine CCTV which is monitored through the CCTV control room thereby increasing the range of supervision in the field.
