This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of work experience, age, number of dependents, and working hours on the wages of female workers in oil palm plantations in Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency. This is a quantitative study, with data collected through observation and interviews. The sample includes 100 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The analysis results show that the variables of experience, number of dependents, and working hours have an insignificant effect on the wages of female workers in oil palm plantations. On the other hand, the age variable has a positive and significant effect on wages, meaning that as the workers' age increases, the wages they receive also increase.
