The purpose of spatial planning in the City of Palembang is to create a river based city basecl on tourism, Services, and internalional scale trade. theater is a play performed on the stage and witnessed by the audience, the Theater Performance Building is a building for performing theater arts performances facilities provided by closed theaters and amphitheater, emphasized the developmenl of river s ide commercial areas in the ability t o attract visitors with potential as a place of work, shopping, and recreation, a means of socializing and improving.
