This study aims to determine the effect of work competence and work experience on employee satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) in the Muara Enim Rail Road and Bridge Unit. The sample in this study were 70 employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at the Muara Enim Rail Road and Bridge Unit in 2025. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the work experience variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employee satisfaction at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at the Muara Enim Rail Road and Bridge Unit.
