This research is motivated by how the use of the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI) application in improving e-government within the scope of the Directorate of Regional Administration Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs, especially in managing the correspondence archiving system by utilizing developing digital technology, thus forming a new government bureaucratic mechanism with the term electronic government. The focus of this study is to determine the successful elements of e-government Using Applications (Srikandi) in the management of archives at the Directorate of Regional Administration Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the benefits provided to users And the government. This study uses the theory of the application of e-government from Indrajit (2006) which includes, support, capacity and value. This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation, and observations. Through the collection of primary and secondary data. The results of the study show that the implementation of SRIKANDI in improving e-government is quite good, however, periodic evaluations must be carried out so that the implementation of this application will continue to run.
