PROSEDUR PERHITUNGAN DAN PEMBAYARAN GAJI DAN TUNJANGAN KINERJA PADA KANTOR PERWAKILAN BADAN PENGAWASAN KEUANGAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN (BPKP) PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Salary is a form of wages, allowances, and other bonuses according to performance and each group is paid on time and in accordance with the provisions. Performance allowance is a form of reward given because of their ability to carry out bureaucratic reform based on employee performance applied fairly and in accordance with the rules. Calculation of employee salary and performance allowance payments and obstacles faced in the procedure for calculating and paying employee salaries and performance allowances. The purpose of this internship is to find out how the procedure for calculating and paying employee salaries and performance allowances is carried out correctly and in accordance with regulations and to find out the obstacles that occur and to get a picture and further information. The implementation of the internship practice is starting from February 3, 2025 to March 27, 2025, the implementation time starts at 08:00 to 15:00 WIB. The results of the analysis show that a procedure for calculating and paying employee salaries and performance allowances based on the web using software applications, namely the Salary, SAKTI, OMSPAN, and BISMA webs, and based on regulations that are the basis for assessment to determine the amount of salary and performance allowances that will burden employees. The results of the implementation show that employee salaries and performance allowances on the 1st of this month with both types of accounting are timely and accurate.
