This study aimend to analyze the quality of public services for women with disabilities at the Departement of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPPA) of South Sumatra Province. The analysis was based on three dimensions proposed by Levine cited in (Hardiyansyah, 2018) : (1) Responsiveness, (2) Responsibility, (3) Accountability. This research employed a qualitative method. Data were collected through in-dept interviews with women with disabilities from Himpunan Wanita Disabilitas Indonesia in South Sumatra Province and staff members of the Departement of Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPPA) of South Sumatra Province, as well as through direct observation and documentation. The result of the study showed that the satisfaction and availability of public services for women with disabilities (both physical and non physical), had been implemented well, although not yet fully optimal. Therefore, it was necessary to conduct further evaluation and improvements in public services in order to fully enhance service satisfaction and availability, so that women with disabilities could receive greater benefits and access in the future.
