EVALUASI DESAIN PIT TAHUNAN 2025 PIT E EXTENSION BARAT PADA SITE BANKO TENGAH PT SATRIA BAHANA SARANA, TANJUNG ENIM, KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM, SUMATERA SELATAN

Ramadhan, Ramadhan - Personal Name;

This study aims to evaluate the 2025 annual pit design in the West Pit E Extension of PT Satria Bahana Sarana (PT SBS) to improve slope stability. The main problem is the fault structure on the south sidewall which in the initial design was in the form of a single slope of ±40 meters high with an inclination of 80°, with a high risk of landslides. The results of the analysis showed a static safety factor (FK) in the A-A' incision; B-B'; C-C'; D-D' is 0.80 each; 0,59; 0,59; and 0.89, below the minimum standard of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 (FK ≥ 1.3). Therefore, a redesign was carried out by changing the geometry of the single slope to several levels with the addition of inter-ramps, resulting in a final slope of 15–16°. The results of the reanalysis showed an increase in static FK (FK>1,3) in the A-A' incision; B-B'; C-C'; D-D' is 2.10 each; 1,82; 2,31; and 2.07. Dynamic FK (FK>1.1) with a ground pressure load of 650.40 kN/m² and an earthquake load of 0.1225 showed a result of 1.20; 1,38; 1,57; and 1.34, signifying both static and dynamic secure designs. The design change increased the overburden volume by 1,654,586.30 BCM with the remaining production target for March-December 2025 reaching 27,681,000.98 BCM. The analysis of the productivity of the existing fleet was only able to reach 27,026,016.67 BCM, there was a shortage of 654,984.31 BCM overburden. The scenario of reallocation of one fleet from Pit E East (1 PC1250 SP-8R and 6 OHT 777 units) was applied, resulting in a match factor of 1.01 at a transport distance of 5.36 km. As a result, production increased to 27,741,467.63 BCM, exceeding the target and proving the effectiveness of the reallocation scenario.
