PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT TELKOM AKSES PALEMBANG

This research aims to find out how training and motivation influence employee performance at PT Telkom Access Palembang. This type of research is quantitative. The population used was all employees at PT Telkom Access Palembang with a sample of 101 people, using a saturated sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear analysis technique. The research results show that training and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Palembang.
