This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and intrinsic work motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, Bangka Selatan Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population of the study consisted of all 51 teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, who were also taken as the sample using saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 24.0. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and intrinsic work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, Bangka Selatan Regency
