PENGEMBANGAN ALAT ELEKTROFORESIS KOLOID MELALUI MODIFIKASI SUMBER ARUS LISTRIK DI SMA NEGERI 1 INDRALAYA UTARA
The purpose of the research is to develop a valid, practical, and reliable tool for colloidal electrophoresis through the modification electric current for class XI source at the SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. The type of research that the researchers use refers to the 4-D development model that has four stages: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. Data collection techniques are obtained from observations, interviews, and lifts. The researchers produced a practical learning medium that can test the positive or negative charge of a colloid from a clamp that sticks to one of the electrodes. Validation results using formula 'Aiken obtained data of 0.82 with high validity criteria. The student's practicality test result was 96.7% with a very practical interpretation. The reliability test results using the Cronbach Alpha formula obtained a score of 0.70 with reliable criteria. Keywords : Research Development, Learning Media, Koloid Electrophoresis Tool
