PENGARUH WAKTU TERHADAP HASIL KOAGULASI PADA ALAT ELEKTROFORESIS KOLOID
This study aims to investigate the effect of time on coagulation results in colloid electrophoresis and to determine the optimal time for this process. Samples used include milk, coconut milk, Al(OH)₃, and Fe(OH)₃. Normality tests and simple linear regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The results indicate that time has a significant impact on the coagulation process in colloid electrophoresis. In this study, the optimum time to produce maximum coagulation results for each sample was milk samples at 30 minutes, coconut milk at 28 minutes, Fe(OH)3 samples at 22 minutes and Al(OH)3 at 18 minutes. The findings have important implications for the development of methods for the separation of colloidal particles in various scientific and industrial applications.
