Background: Autonomic dysfunction is one of the most important non-motor symptoms as it affects a broad symptom domain that supports the diagnosis of parkinsonism. Symptoms of autonomic dysfunction are symptoms that are present in almost all PD patients and are one of the earliest symptoms to arise, at least fulfilling one of the domains tested on the SCOPA-AUT questionnaire. This study aims to determine the distribution of autonomic dysfunction symptoms in patients with parkinsonism at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Hospital Palembang. Methods: This study is a descriptive observation with a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through interview with the SCOPA-AUT INA questionnaire. Results: This study found that 100% of patients with parkinsonism experienced more than one autonomic dysfunction with different frequencies and types. This study found that the largest age group in PD patients was 51–60 (60%), in secondary parkinsonism 61–70 (50%), atypical parkinsonism was comparable between the age groups 51–60
