PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PROGRAM PELATIHAN LAS LISTRIK PADA ANAK BERHADAPAN DENGAN HUKUM (STUDI KASUS UNIT PELAKSANA TEKNIS DINAS PSRABH)

Thisstudy aims to describe in depth the learning process of the Electric Welding Training Program at the UPTD Panti Anak Berhadapan Hukum Indralaya. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a focus on behavioristic learning theory. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis to analyze changes in learner behavior during the training program. The results of this study are expected to provide benefits for UPTD Panti Anak in improving the effectiveness of the learning process inaccordance with the needs of children in conflict with the law. The conclusion of this research is based on valid data analysis through triangulation techniques to ensure the validity of the findings. This research also contributes to the development of non-formal education and training center management, and can be a reference for further research in this field.
