PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI LAZNAS YAKESMA SUMATERA SELATAN
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work-life balance and compensation on employee performance at Laznas Yakesma Sumatera Selatan. The research method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study were employees of Laznas Yakesma Sumatera Selatan, this study use a saturated sample of 47 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work-life balance has a significant effect on employee performance and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at Laznas Yakesma Sumatera Selatan.
