PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI BADAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN ASET DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee loyalty of the Palembang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The population in this study is Civil Servants (PNS) of the Palembang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency as many as 88 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a sample of 88 respondents. The data collection method used in this study was through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) and work discipline (X2) has a positive and insignificant effect on employee loyalty (Y).
