ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA DI SMA NEGERI UNGGULAN SE-KOTA PALEMBANG

Schools as a work environment have various potential dangers and safety risks. Safety education is education about safety in order to prevent, avoid or overcome the risk of accidents. The type of research carried out in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analytical design. The research was conducted at 3 leading state high schools in Palembang City. The results show that the leading public high schools in the city of Palembang have no cases of violence and have implemented SOPs related to violence management in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 46 of 2023, 2 schools already have strong and sturdy buildings. Regarding the condition of the floors, all three schools already have floors that comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 48 of 2016, and have implemented SOPs regarding the maintenance of infrastructure in schools in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation Number 48 of 2016. For health facilities, the schools do not yet have lighting and openings. good air ventilation openings, the school has also created a School Health Unit (UKS) in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2023 which has provided safety equipment, namely APAR in accordance with Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 26 of 2008, but the fire detector system and fire alarm system are not yet available , and have not provided evacuation facilities in accordance with Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 14 of 2007 such as exit access, exit and exit exit facilities, however the three schools have provided gathering points, namely in the school field. The conclusion is that the Leading Public High School in Palembang City has fulfilled safety aspects in the form of providing Safety SOPs and Building Infrastructure, having safety equipment in the form of APARs and gathering points. Likewise with the health aspect, the Palembang City Superior Public High School has fulfilled the health aspect in the form of providing SOPs for Violence Management, and providing good health facilities such as UKS. Suggestions include adding safety equipment in schools such as fire detectors and alarm systems as well as more appropriate evacuation facilities in schools.
