Sectio caesarea (SC) is a delivery procedure that involves surgery to remove the fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and vagina. Childbirth via cesarean section has greater risks and greater complications than normal delivery. One of the complications after giving birth through a cesarean section is pain at the incision, therefore, nursing action is needed to overcome this problem. The nursing action that can be given is in the form of a breastfeeding distraction technique, biological nurturing baby-led feeding. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care to post-cesarean section patients using biological nurturing baby-led feeding techniques to overcome acute pain nursing problems. This study used qualitative research with a case study approach to 3 Post Sectio Caesarea patients. The results showed there were three problems with nursing care applied to post-cesarean section patients whose main problem is acute pain. Biological nurturing baby-led feeding can provide physical and psychological benefits for the mother because the mother can have direct contact with the baby and can divert the pain caused by the breastfeeding process. This can help release hormone oxytocin and endorphins which can inhibit impulse transmission to reduce the pain scale of post cesarean section patients. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that biological nurturing baby-led feeding can reduce the pain scale of post- cesarean section patients
