PROSEDUR PENCATATAN PENGELUARAN KAS INTERNAL & EKSTERNAL PADA PERUMDA TIRTA MUSI PALEMBANG

In everyday life, people really need clean water that can be used for its use. Considering the important role of clean water in individual lives, the Palembang regional government formed the Tirta Musi drinking water organization which participates in clean water management and clean water circulation for the local area with the full aim of working on individual government assistance in the city of Palembang. This report discusses the procedures for recording internal and external cash expenditures at Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang. Transparent and accountable financial management is very important to support company operations, including cash disbursements. This research aims to analyze and describe the procedures applied in recording cash disbursements, both from internal company transactions and from external transactions with outside parties. The method used in this research is a case study with data collection through interviews and documentation at Perumda Tirta Musi Palembang. The research results show that recording internal cash disbursements is carried out through an integrated system with daily and monthly reports, while recording external cash disbursements is carried out through a verification and approval process involving various related parties.
