PEMBINAAN DAN PEMANTAUAN PESANTREN SEHAT DI PONDOK PESANTREN NURUL IMAN KABUPATEN PESAWARAN, LAMPUNG

Lampung Province has 869 Islamic boarding schools, including 179 Poskestren. The purpose of Poskestren is to provide health services to pesantren residents, with the aim of encouraging leaders, managers, and students in the pesantren environment to become movers, motivators, and innovators in health development. This study provides an overview of the coaching and monitoring of healthy pesantren at Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School. The school is the target of coaching from the Sub-Directorate of Health Promotion of the Lampung Provincial Health Office. The study used a descriptive qualitative method involving field staff of the Lampung Provincial Health Promotion Sub-directorate, administrators, and teachers of Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Pesawaran Regency. The study employed in-depth interviews and observation for data collection. To ensure data validity, source triangulation, method triangulation, and data triangulation were used. Content analysis techniques were utilized for data analysis. The coaching and monitoring of Poskestren at Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Pesawaran Regency, organized by the Lampung Provincial Health Office, consisted of three activities: preparation, Pesantren Community Meeting (MMP), and visits to Poskestren Nurul Iman. The results of the Poskestren coaching and monitoring visit indicate that the managers and cadres of Poskestren Nurul Iman have participated in activities to enhance the capacity of their human resources (HR) in implementing a healthy pesantren. However, there are still some areas that require improvement.
