This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Sumsel Babel, Palembang sharia, The number of samples as respondents was 65 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach. Data collected through distribution of questionnare. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The research result demonstrates that motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on performance of employees at Bank Sumsel Babel Palembang Sharia branch
