Inventory management at PT. Sinar Bhakti Yudhatama, which is still manually performed using Microsoft Excel, leads to various obstacles such as input errors, time inefficiency, and reporting delays. This research aims to design and build a web-based inventory recording application to overcome these problems. The development method used is the Waterfall model, with implementation utilizing PHP, and a MySQL database. The result of this research is an application capable of managing master data, recording incoming and outgoing goods transactions, and automatically generating inventory records and reports. The developed application is proven to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and provide real-time information to support decision-making within the company.
