PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT KECAMATAN LAWANG KIDUL TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PT. BUKIT ASAM TBK TANJUNG ENIM MENGGUNAKAN SOCIAL IMPACT ASSESMENT
In a company that has been established, it is obligatory to fulfill social and environmental responsibilities or often referred to as Corporate Social Responsibility, the implementation of the CSR program has implications for the lives of the surrounding community. This study aims to determine and measure the views, assessments or perceptions of the community towards the implementation of PT Bukit Asam, Tbk Tanjung Enim's Corporate Social Responsibility program in Lawang Kidul Sub-district using indicators from Social Impact Assessment. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, using the KoboToolBox Server in making questionnaires and collecting data using KoboCollect via Smartphone using a guttman scale and Likert scale. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents with the determination of informants using non probability sampling with quota sampling technique. The results in this study show that a company cannot be separated from the surrounding community, the company and the community are partners who both give and need each other, so that the existence of the company is closely related between the company and the community because CSR is an indicator for the reputation of a company with an assessment of CSR perceptions using 5 Indicators (Community and Stakeholder Involvement; Labor Management; Housing and Accommodation; Procurement of Local Business and Industry; Community Health and Welfare) shows that public perceptions of the implementation of the CSR program are viewed positively with the overall tabulation results of each SIA indicator of 374.6 with the assessment results categorized as very satisfied. Research on the perception of the lawang kidul sub-district community towards the implementation of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim's Corporate Social Responsbility program has a contribution to the company, stakeholders, and the community.
