PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH ALIMUDDIN UMAR

This study aims to analyze the effect of the physical work environment on nurse performance the Alimuddin Umar Regional General Hospital. This research design is a quantitative method that is assisted by descriptive. The sample in this study used total sampling, which was 106 nurses. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the physical work environment hypothesis has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance is accepted with a significant amount of 0.000.
