DETERMINAN PENYIMPANGAN ORIENTASI SEKSUAL PADA LELAKI SEKS LELAKI (LSL) DI KOTA PRABUMULIH

Male Sex Offenders (MSM) is one of the forms of sexual orientation deviation that occurs in Indonesia. Sexual orientation that occurs in Indonesia. In 2020, the estimated population of MSM population has increased by 14%. In Prabumulih City itself, the estimated population of MSM is 150 people. Population of 150 people, but based on recapitulation data by Yayasan Intan Maharani the number of MSM population was 454 in the same year. The high incidence of sexual orientation deviation causes unrest for the community because it is not in accordance with the prevailing norms. Sexual orientation deviation can also increase the risk of sexual disease transmission, one of which is HIV/AIDS. Therefore, it is important to conduct research on determinants of sexual orientation deviation in male sex men in Prabumulih City. This research is included in quantitative research with Cross Sectional approach. The number of the sample in this study was 156 people. Data analysis techniques in this research includes univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The results showed that there are variables that have a relationship with sexual orientation deviation, namely economic status (p-value = 0.001), sexual education (p-value= 0.023), access to pornographic content (p-value = 0.0001), relationship with family (p-value = 0.0001), and access to pornography (p-value = 0.0001), family (p-value = 0.0001), parenting (p-value = 0.001), peer influence (p�value = 0.005), and trauma experience (p-value = 0,019). Based on multivariate analysis, the most influential factor access to pornographic content (p-value = 0.002) with a prevalence ratio of 3.899. Ratio of 3.899. Misunderstanding related to sexuality and supported by the habit of accessing pornographic content can encourage a person to commit sexual orientation deviation. encourage a person to commit sexual orientation deviation. Therefore, increasing blocking access to pornographic content and und knowledge of sexuality can prevent this from happening.
