DAMPAK PANGALIHAN EKSPOR PRODUK PUPUK PT. PUSRI KE DOMESTIK OLEH PEMERINTAH REPUBLIK INDONESIA
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is a state owned company that produces fertilizer located in Palembang built in 24 December 1959, most of the fertilizer products that are produced in PT. Pusri subsidy are meant for farmers in Indonesia, these subsidy fertilizer is organized by the government through funding that is provided each year with the purpose of fulfilling a quota named Public Service Obligation or PSO, if said quota is fulfilled then PT. Pusri can engage in the activity of exporting their products to the international market, but at the start of 2020 disaster struck with the outbreak of the Covid-19 disease, This outbreak caused many government in the world to take drastic actions to prevent the spread of the disease, including Indonesia with PSBB and later with the PEN program, the measures took by the Indonesian goverment affected many including companies like PT. Pusri these included the shift in focus from the international market to fulfill a higher quota of fertilizer subsidy, in this analysis the researcher discovered through the data gathered through primary and secondary data sources, from said analysis the researcher determines that the main factor in the lowering of export perfomances is External Factors such as the closing of ports which is the main method of export in PT. Pusri, internal factors do play a part in the lowering of export performances but not as impactful compared to the external factor.
