ANALISIS PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DI PT SEMEN BATURAJA

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management plays an important role in creating a safe working environment and preventing workplace accidents. This study aims to analyze the implementation of HSE management in the production department of PT Semen Baturaja using a qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of HSE management in the Actuating stage has not been fully optimal. This is evidenced by the fact that some production employees are still not disciplined in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), even though the company has conducted socialization programs and provided adequate protective equipment. This noncompliance is caused by habitual work behavior, discomfort when using PPE, and a lack of direct supervision in the field.
