This study develops a Knowledge Management System (KMS) using the Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC) methodology and the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) model. The KMS is designed to enhance knowledge management within the organization. The KMSLC method guides the development process from planning to evaluation, while the SECI model ensures the knowledge cycle functions well within the system. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of Black Box Testing indicate that all system functions operate according to specifications. The SUS testing indicates that the system has a good usability level and is well-received by users. The results of this study show that developing a KMS using the KMSLC method and SECI model produces a functional system with good usability, enhancing knowledge management within the organization.
