ANALISIS KINERJA PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN CORE VALUES AKHLAK DI PT KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) STASIUN LUBUK LINGGAU
This study aims to analyze employee performance based on the implementation of AKHLAK Core Values at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Lubuk Linggau Station. The AKHLAK Core Values—Amanah (Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal (Loyal), Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative)—are work culture values mandated for all state-owned enterprises (BUMN) to enhance the quality and professionalism of employees. Employee performance in this study is analyzed through four main dimensions: Task Performance, Contextual Performance, Adaptive Performance, and Counterproductive Work Behavior. The results show that the implementation of AKHLAK Core Values has a positive effect on overall employee performance. The values of Competent and Adaptive have the most significant influence on Task Performance and Adaptive Performance. Meanwhile, Harmonious and Collaborative values play an important role in improving Contextual Performance. On the other hand, the consistent application of Trustworthy and Loyal values has proven effective in reducing Counterproductive Work Behavior. The improvement in employee performance aligned with the AKHLAK core values has contributed to the increase in the number of passengers at Lubuklinggau Station, which has shown significant growth over the past two years. According to internal data, there was an average daily passenger increase of 18% from 2023 to 2024, indicating growing public trust in the services provided. This finding suggests that the implementation of an AKHLAK-based work culture not only strengthens internal employee performance but also has a direct impact on enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
