Dewantara, Muhammad Saka - Personal Name;

MUHAMMAD SAKA DEWANTARA, Response Of Feed additive of Probiotic Flour And Orange Fruit Waste Feed Additive On The Weight Percentage Of Broiler Digestive Tract (Supervised by SOFIA SANDI) Broilers are poultry with fast growth rate and high feed conversion efficiency, so optimization of the digestive system through feeding strategies is very important to support maximum growth performance. The development of digestive organs such as the duodenum, jejunum, ileum, and cecum plays a major role in the efficiency of nutrient absorption. The probiotic used in this study came from Lactobacillus plantarum isolate from kumpai oil grass silage, while the acidifier was obtained from sweet orange fruit waste flour (Citrus sinensis) which contains citric acid and flavonoids. These two ingredients have been studied as an alternative to antibiotics that is environmentally friendly and supports gut health. This study used 100 broiler DOC, using corn rations purchased from Indralaya poultry shop, bran purchased in Muara Penimbung village Ogan Ilir, soybean meal, Meat Bone Meal (MBM), soy sauce pulp purchased from Palembang poultry shop, and bread flour derived from discarded bread obtained from Banyuasin bread factory. Flour derived from orange waste obtained from the Indralaya market, probiotic flour used in this study was obtained from silage kumpai oil referring This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 replicates. Treatments consisted of P0 (Control treatment), P1 (Antibiotic tetraciclyne 0.8% + Citrus fruit waste flour 0.8%), P2 (Antibiotic tetraciclyne 0.8% + Citrus fruit waste flour 1.2%), P3 (Ration + Probiotic 0.8% + Citrus fruit waste flour 0.8%), P4 (Ration + Probiotic 0.8% + Citrus fruit waste flour 1.2%). The observed variables were the percentage weight of digestive tract organs (duodenum, jejenum, ileum, and cecum) to the body weight of the chickens. Data were analyzed using ANOVA analysis of variance, if there is a significant difference, it will be followed by Duncan's multi range test (DMRT). The results of the study showed that the provision of feed additives showed a significant effect (P
