ANALISIS PERSEPSI PEKERJA TERHADAP KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN FLYOVER GELUMBANG

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) are all activities to guarantee and protect the safety and health of workers through efforts to prevent work accidents and work-related diseases. Work accidents in the construction sector are ranked highest in Indonesia, including work-related diseases which are still experiencing a relatively increasing trend throughout the year. One of the factors causing work accidents on a construction project is the way construction workers behave, which generally ignores the provisions of work safety standards. Workers' behavior is directly related to their attitudes and perceptions of work safety. Research was conducted to analyze workers' perceptions of occupational safety and health (OSH) on the Gelumbang flyover project to minimize the occurrence of work accidents caused by workers' attitudes or actions, especially in following occupational safety and health (OSH) procedures and regulations for the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when Work. This research uses quantitative methods by obtaining data through distributing questionnaires to workers on the Gelumbang flyover project. The data analysis and processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software. The results of this research showed that the majority of workers provided support and positive responses in implementing occupational safety and health (OSH) procedures.
