This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Operational Cash Flow, Sales Growth and Company Size on the Financial Distress of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Sub-Sector Companies for the Period 2017 – 2023 which are Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data used in the research is secondary data. The sampling is non-probability with purposive sampling technique . The samples studied in this research were 133 Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Sub-Sector companies for the 2017 - 2023 period which were listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Research method uses Multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the statistical t test carried out, it is known that the operating cash flow, sales growth and the company size variables has a negative and significant effect on Financial Distress. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable by the value of R square is 63.34%, the remaining 36.66% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the research model.
